Sunday afternoon we decided to take the tram up to the summit of the Great Orme. Again the weather wasn't particularly kind to us but we braved it! Once at the top we nipped into the Summit Complex for coffee and a warm up. By the time we'd finished in there the rain/mist had cleared so we walked to the little church of Stu Tudno, perched on the Orme with stunning views out to sea. From there we walked to the halfway station where we caught the tram back down to the town.
We spent the rest of the day having another wander along the promenade and pier before enjoying a Chinese meal in a restaurant later that evening.
This was our guest house, where we were very comfortable for 3 nights.

St. Tudno's church is a lovely little place, and your guest house looks nice. There are two goats living near Rhoscolyn on Anglesey, they originally came from the herd on Great Orme.
ReplyDeleteIt was such a pretty church and a great setting. I love churches and photographing them so I was in my element! Loved the goats too. We didn't think we'd see them as the weather wasn't great on our way up but managed to find that pair snuggled up!
