North Wales - September 2018 - Llandudno

From Llangollen we drove north on the Horseshoe Pass (wonderful views) to Llandudno.

We checked into our guest house and walked into town for an afternoon pint and a wander along the promenade and pier.

Saturday was a very wet day in Llandudno so we spent it wandering around the stops, having coffee and generally chilling out.  That evening we had a fantastic Indian meal at a local restaurant, recommended by the guest house owner.

  1. A pity I didn't know you were going to Llandudno, I could have suggested a nice hotel run by a couple I know - relatives of my ex partner. I presume you didn't see the White Rabbit statue at West Shore?

  2. I did my research well Eunice and the guest house we stayed in was lovely. Short walk to the town, beach, pier and Great Orme so perfect for us. We didn't move the car for 2 days. We didn't get to the West Shore so no didn't see the white rabbit. Did see lots of other Alice in Wonderland characters dotted around the town though.
